Sold expired VapoPads by Clicks Elseburg

I bought Vicks VapoPads refil scent pads at Clicks Elseburg while I was travellig on Sunday, when I got home I realized that they had a sticker which was written 03 03 2018. I went to clicks Chris Hani to find out as to what the date meant and the Store manager confirmed to say it is an expiry date and they could not exchange it as they do not have it in stock and because of the expiry date. Yesterday, I went to Clcks Green stone and they confirm the same about the expiry date and the too refused to exchange it because is expire ( As they said). I am told to go back to Elsburg, and I do not stay there.

All that I want is for Clicks to come fetch this product of theirs from my work place as there is no clicks where I stay, or for Clicks to allow me to take this product of there is to Clicks Boulders Mall in Midrand as I work near them.

I have the receipt for this and the product was only bought on sunday 10 June 2018.

I had reported this through Clicks complaints line yesterday on the 11 June 2018 and they have not come back to me even now, when I called them this morning they still cannot assist me. I was given this Reference number yesterday for my complaint ***

It is very disappointing that a pharmacy like Clicks could refuse to take their product back, which their employees are saying it is expired.

What do they want me to do with their product? I hope to hear from them( ********** ) very soon or else I will go to Consumer Protection and other organisation .
