so shocking

I was in this store about 3 weeks back and the cashier messed up by putting my purchase as cash instead of my clubcard points so he called supervisor to come rectify,and there comes a guy Ricardo who had no clue what to do and had to call someone else to come help which I found disturbing because I found out later on this lady Tarriro is actually a reliever but this Ricardo has a \management"badge who had to be told step by step what to do. The cashier's name is Mandilakhe as per till slip.<br> How do you place people in positions? Because this management wasted enough of my time not knowing what to do because my purchase that had to be reversed and redone involved airtym. But when this lady came suddenly everything fell into place. This \""management\"" did not even greet me for starters or apologise for wasting my time"
