So much for convenience

<p>Today at 17:30 I was at the door, and it was closed already when I got there. I tried to explain to the lady that I have my prescription in the store and I need medication. She told the Manager and the Manager just said NO. What puzzled me is, there were people in the store, all I wanted was to fetch my medication which I hope it's packaged already, as always. I wouldn't go to the tills or buy anything. They don't even care if it's chronic medication or not. Luckily I'm relocating to polokwane, I'll move my prescription to Dischem. Clicks is not even consistent with sending SMS's for updates. They didn't even send me a message this month. </p> <p>Dissapointed </p> <p> </p>
