My friends, my family will never ever shop at Clicks because of the experience I encountered at the store. If it was not for my sister who deposited R50 for my bus fare after I was forced to pay for a lousy lipstick at Clicks which costs R50 , I would've been ****ed or ****** by now as I would be walking from Durban Berea to KwaNdengezi. When I entered the store I went immediately to cosmetics because I wanted Essence nail polish, but I then browsed around lipsticks and decided I also wanted a lipstick. But there was no beauty consultant Who could've assisted me. I tested a lipstick on my left hand not knowing it's not allowed because I know Clicks has so many testers. A beauty consultant then came to me and said I must pay for the lipstick without even greeting me, telling me it's not allowed or it's against the policy. I found my self humiliated because she didn't speak to me as a customer, she talked disrespectfully and also she was rude to me, firstly she should've been at her work station assisting customers. So I don't know whether they are short staffed or what because the manager as well was standing in as a security which is very disturbing to us customers. Clicks CEO please make sure these beauty consultants that you hire have customer service s****s, or attended a course before they are even hired. I had a very bad experience and I will never ever buy from that branch, actually Clicks as a whole. I am done with this store to think I could receive such attitude from just a Beauty consultant or is it maybe because I'm black is that why? I received such treatment. I know if it was a while lady, the manager or the Beauty consultant would've spoken to lady in a respectful manner. But anyway you have lost a good, loyal customer. The sight of seeing Clicks disgusts me.
