Snappy staff at Clicks Olivedale

While waiting for one of the shop assistants to fetch something from the perfume cabinet, we decided we would like another item. I asked the nearest staff member who was engrossed in looking at her cellphone. The staff member's name, apparently is Slita, who rudely and abruptly snapped at us, "She's bringing the keys now!". I mentioned that she needed to work on her attitude with customers and she argued the point. When we mentioned we would like to address the issue with a manager, she walked away, and as it turned out, Slita herself is the Assistant Manager. There was no senior manager on duty. Not the first bad service experience I've had at Clicks Olivedale. Wait times are generally very long and the assistants always seem to have something better to do than help customers.
