Slow Is Not The Word

I got to Clicks dispensary section at 12:00. There had only been 1 lady being served and the cues on both sides, ie prescription and self medication were accumulating. I was in the self medication que. After 10 minutes another pharmacist gets to her computer at the prescription section. She was assisting customers very quick. Dimakatso was very slow and to top it all, she answers her cellphone while busy with a customer! At 12:17, she finally is done with that current customer, then was a gentleman before me. The other customers in my que were also complaining that service is really slow. However in that time, from 12:10-12:17, the other pharmacist served 6 customers, yes 6! Finally at 12:27, it was my turn. Dimakatso doesn't smile or greet. I told her that I have a pain in my eye what could I use for that. She brought eye drops and said I don't know whats wrong with your eye so you can just use these drops, it for red eyes and pain. Very help full! I could've just taken eye drops from the shelf instead of wasting 27 minutes of my time. One of the questions in the Clicks survey asks about how to improve service, by teaching people like Dimakatso to be more efficient and friendly.
