Slow delivery

Their deliveries is slow, I always have to wait almost 2 weeks just to get my order, and with this Black Friday things are delay and The order I made was for Christmas presents but it’s not shipped and I made the order a week ago, no way to cancel it and it looks like for me I won’t get it by Christmas, money wasted, don’t do Black Friday if you can’t handle the orders, and I’m going away and like I said no way to cancel or to change the address, so I lost money and I don’t have a gift for my family, I ordered by dischem and in 2 days I had my order, and they are also doing Black Friday, so Clicks UPGRADE or you will be losing clients
