Booking an appointment at clicks mall of africa is a nightmare

I have called and each time i call they insist on taking my number and calling back. No one has called back

Apparently there is only one person to set appointments and that person is same person that is busy with consultations.

What do i need to do to book an appointment? Why take my numbers if you have no intentions of calling?
