Sister didn't honor my appointment

Had an appointment for my son's 1year immunisation on 04 April 2020 at Sasolburg. When I got there I saw an announcement detailing Services they're providing during the lockdown and immunisation was not one of them. I asked to see the Sister and I was told she's not in. How is immunisation not an essential service? I didn't just walk in I had an appointment but the Sister was not in. Not professional at all. I'm never taking my son at Clicks for immunisation ever again.
