SINO OF CLICKS RETAIL PARK EAST LONDON

Yesterday 7 January 2021 I had occasion to seek assistance as I had lost my Clicks Clubcard and as a result no loyalty points were given - I was told to bring an old slip if I could find one with my club card number on it and the loyalty points would be added. A delightful lady by the name of SINO was so incredibly helpful and assisted me with a huge smile - something one is not used to these days.... it was a nuisance thing to have to do I am sure as she had to go and find the pricing of each article which I had purchased and there were many -but she did it with such good grace and I was both grateful and impressed - THANK YOU SINO - you were an absolute pleasure to deal with .......
