I would like to send out a compliment to Slindile Caroline the cashier from Clicks at Palm Springs mall, amazing customer service that could never go unnoticed. Thank you for going the extra mile for the customers you deserve greatness... Funny is she was not even servicing me directly but she was concerned enough to see a customer get the best for money. She ensured that we are taking the correct stuff on promotion, explained that the popcorns also fall under snack specials she was amazing. I wish that Katlego Kotu can be as willing to assist as Silindile. I literally had to greet Katlego she couldn't careless that we were there to buy. She was exhausted and bored being assisted by Silindile while giving my money to Katlego who didn't even give a damn. Please take Katlego to proper customer service training she is not there to look pretty she is there to collect a salary.
