Signet clicks pharmacy pathetic

I want to urgently complain about click signet terrace in lenasia jhb

My child had a script for chronic meds the lady there added it on her system and I wanted to get it automatically collected every month we did all the adding and till now 2 months later I haven't received a message or anything saying that its there I go to the store they dnt know what I'm talking about call store can't get thru

This is utterly disgusting as this meds is for a three year old

I do need it urgently it is on ur system
