sick and getting no assistance

On the 13th of April i went clicks pharmacy in Mamelodi , have a prescription from a doctor . The queue was not long however there was only 1 pharmacist who was assisting on both prescriptions and self medication he was very slow . i stood there for almost an hour without any assistance . I left came back the following day same thing again . still stood there for an hour. i mean if you have a prescription from a doctor and medication have to be taken everyday and you just don't get assistance when you need it . i had to get to the store everyday during my lunch time and after work to stand there for an hour and go home . only 1 pharmacist that is able to assist and 2 or 3 of them packing medication . i find this very unprofessional and no customer service at all . Am just getting too sick to think about it , and still today i still don't have my medication
