Sibongile Puso told me that i have a bad attituted and that im a silly girl

<p>i went to clicks in vereeniging around 9:30 in the morning. while i was being helped by sibongile puso, my phone rang and i answered it. i did not realise that she was waiting for me as i had already told her what i wanted and given her my clicks card. on the phone i was asking my sister if she needed anything for flu. sibongile gave me my card and said "either take it and leave or i help you". i apologised as i did not realise that i was not suppose to be on the phone, i said to her "please do not shout at me as i am upset because of my supervisor", she said "its because of your bad attitude and left me to get some pills and to speak to her co workers telling them that "Ke sele", meaning im full of nonsense, and she went on to tell them that im now having a conversation by myself. i left and told her that i will show her, meaning that i was going to report her and told her that i will learn my place next time and will not be helped by her. i went to the teller and asked for the manager, the floor manager took me to the pharmacy manager. it was fruitless because i felt that she was taking sibongile's side. Sibongile then told me to go and do whatever it is i want to do, because judging by my attitute, its what i am used to doing. i am disappointed at the terrible way that i was treated as a customer. i will never ever again go to clicks pharmacy in vereening. there is poor customer service, being treated like they are doing me favours. i am shocked</p>
