Shoving a plastic bag down my throat! Shame on you!!!

I had a bad, but completely avoidable, experience at Clicks pharmacy in Stellenbosch. I went to get medication and expressly informed the pharmacist, Corne, that I do not want a plastic bag. She spitefully insisted on giving me a plastic bag, thus infringing on my right to choose. Needless to say, I was beyond upset. Allan, the pharmacy manager, made it even worse by trying to defend the indefensible. Hiding behind "policy" and "SOP" does not cut it, I know what my rights are, and I know that they were violated. Corne and her manager, Allan, need to go on an environmental sustainability crash course to learn about the dangers of plastic addiction. It's time to sober up, get off that plastic high.

I will not even go into the racial undertones of the interaction. Allan brought up the race issue, of his own accord. Quite telling if you ask me.
