Shouting at customer

I walked in to the store toward the make up stands. I noticed that the Maybelline face powders were on special. I went on to look at the testers to look at the colors, non of the testers appears to to be the Coke I was looking for. I then opened a box of a colour that did not have a tester. Zethu then approached me saying that I can not test that. I closed the container and asked her for the tester for this color. She continued shouting and telling me that j wasn't suppose to open it. She said it's not her fault that Maybelline did not deliver ther testers. I did not say it was her fault. These items were on the top shel and maybe I could not see the tester, that is why I asked her. ZETHU Went on shouting at me in the store in front of staff and other customers, she kept speaking over me and not allowing me to tell that the sealed item I opened was my colour and I was goin get to purchase it. I walked away from her and the senior the store manager, I explained the situation to him and he called ZETHU to apologize for her tone, ZETHU refused to apologize.
