Short delivery - ***

I always order my items online as ig makes my life easier with the pandemic. Last week i received my order and one item is missing. I immediately called customer service and were told they will call me back in three days. Im still waiting! One dissapointment puts you off from ever ordering online again. Why dont people do their work properly? I need this matter resolved immediately. Dont waste my time or my money?!
