Shop Somewhere Else for Online Purchases.

I purchased a product from Clicks online. A week later I get sent an SMS and told the order has been cancelled. After spending nearly 30 minutes just to get through to a consultant, I am sent an email saying the Product has been discontinued. After chatting to the National Distributor, I was informed the product is not discontinued at all! To make matters worse, the refund will take 20 business days to process. So my immediate payment to Clicks resulting in an error on their side, means I sit without my R2000 for 20 days. Never Again will I purchase from Clicks! DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE STORE!
