Shop assistant not interested

So I stopped shopping @Clicks because of their bad service especially @ the make up stand. They always give the wrong colour and most if the time they have no clue about makeup. So I'm completely out of makeup as a last resort I go to clicks BIG MISTAKE. The lady was just sitting there I had to ask her for assistance even though it wasa clear that I needed assistance as I've been wondering around there. We slowly approach the Revlon stand in her pace of course I explain my condition, she is really not interested that's the first feeling but I'm desperate here. Liten lady j use hazelnut powder but I need foundation she looks for hazelnut foundation puts it on my skin I'm confused now should she apply that @ the back of my hand it looks dark I say concerned no it's fine that's your colour. She leaves I follow her j also like your eye brows what do you use. So nit interested in this I sense from her she works away I use an eye liner she walks towards the eyeliner section, maybe you should use a different colour than her because you are darker another clicks employee tries to help seeing that this kne is really not interested. Now I'm sitting with a wtong shade of foundation, after spending close to a thousand rand there that's definately not the servicd I expect. I'm going back tmrw to return the foundation for my money back. I will never spend another cent there.
