Shocking Treatment (by the Pharmacist)

The assistant pharmacist (Roxanne) had received my script on Friday, 27 Feb 2015 and arranged to order a vaccination that I required. I was told by the assistant pharmacist that the vaccine would arrive the next day (28 Feb 2015) and that the nurse on duty would be able to administer the vaccine. When I arrived at the pharmacy on Saturday, the vaccine had not arrived. Roxanne was friendly and assisted me really well. On finding out that the vaccine had not arrived and that I may miss the nurse and would therefore not be able to receive the vaccination I started to enquire as to when the vaccine would arrive. Roxanne, again, tried to help by contacting the supplier. She was rudely interrupted by the pharmacist (who did not greet/ introduce himself to me and who was actually not involved in my order at all) who kept saying that they cannot be expected to draw blood from water. He then snatched the phone from Roxanne's hand and said she should call my doctor and tell the doctor I will not be getting the vaccination that day. He then tried to get me to leave the store.
