Shocking Service from Clicks Pharmacy Norwood

I collected my husband's medication on 22 October, and asked for a box of Cataflam as well, which was on script. I checked that everything I wanted was on the invoice and I signed. When I got home the Cataflam was NOT in the packet. I went back to Clicks Pharmacy Norwood on Saturday 26 October, but their systems were down. I went back today 31 October to tell them that they did not give me the Cataflam. Ephraim, Daphne and I think the other guy's name was Rashid, all insisted that I got the Cataflam. I told them emphatically, that I did not get the Cataflam and that I was not trying to get a box of Cataflam for free. I have been a customer for many years, and have never complained, generally I have had good service there. They were all insinuating that I was a ****, and repeatedly said, you did get the tablets. I asked Rashid, if he was calling me a ****, so he said no but you did get the Cataflam. After being humiliated in front of a long queue of people, Rashid reluctantly and indignantly gave me 9 Cataflam. I was so unset when I left, I felt like I had ****** from Clicks and in the meantime they had ****** from me. The treatment I received was insulting, appalling and disgusting. I have heard from other people that they often make mistakes when handing out medication. The staff is totally *********** and they have no customer care skills and are quick to insult you. It is a shame, after going to this Pharmacy for many, many years. I have tried calling to speak to Ian the Manager but of course, Clicks don't answer their phones.
