Shocking service from Clicks Online

I ordered 6 appliances from Clicks Online on 1 August. Your website says it will be delivered to our nearest Clicks within 1 to 3 working days. We finally got an sms today, 10 days later, that it has arrived. When we collected the order, only 3 items we ordered was in the box, although the packaging slip of the box says there are 5 items in the box, which is still 1 short of the order. So now 10 days later we have 3 of the 6 items and Clicks is totally confused as to when what or how.

I am totally appalled by the horrific service received from Clicks!! If you can not fulfill your promises to your customers, at least have the decency to call them and explain why you are ***********.
