Shocking service - Clicks Direct Medicine

Since September 2017 the service of Direct Medicines has gone into shocking decline. Renewed scrip sent , never reacted upon, phoned to remind you Clicks Direct to send medicine and bill medical aid. No longer receive sms notifications when medicine is despatched. Have complained by email ,not even a courtsey response. Numerous issues with non delivery , delivery to incorrect Clicks stores and have been advised by Clicks personnel where i collect the meds i'm not the only one . Today i fire you ...we have choices ...you may well wonder why your client numbers begin to dwindle ...maybe you need to take the managing square peg divsional head and replace him/her with one that better fits your culture.
