Shocking service

<p>Good day.</p> <p>Due to the **********ly bad treatment i received at your Flamingo Vlei store yesterday, i decided to cut up my Clicks club card and let you know that i will NEVER be visiting or purchasing anything from Clicks again. I simply wanted to purchase an over the counter heart burn medication, which i have purchased on numerous occasions at that store and many other Clicks stores. The treatment and attitude i received from the counter staff and then pharmacist was nothing short of shocking, telling me that they would not give me the medication without a prescription and making out like i was some kind of drug addict. This all in front of other customers. I have purchased Rani Hexal on many occasions at Clicks, including that store, and never ever been asked for a prescription. I never the less left and got the medication at another pharmacy without any interrogation or bad attitude. Good Customer service is vital in today's tough economic times, even for a Large Company like Clicks, yet your staff attitude at that store seriously left much to be desired. I will Never again put foot in any of your stores, so please cancel my club card. I destroyed it in front of your staff and left it with them.Regards</p>
