Shocking report of duplicate names on presciption

This is a very important complaint againt the Click pharmacy at Tiffanys Centre in Umhlali. I took in a script yesterday to Vishnu Sookhoo. from Clicks and was supp**** with two generic tablets in place of those prescribed on ***. The one on question was replaced. When I opened the packet today I discovered that it not only had my prescription details on the one side of the box but on the other was for script for Mr Thulani Gumede prescibed by Dr Lekha. You can imagine my surprise when I saws this. I had already taken one tablet as presibed but immediately contacted both my doctor and Cliclks at Tiffanys. I was told by the pharmacist that this was in fact for me and that Mr Gumede had probably not collected his script and therefore it was put back into their shelves without removing the label. I am sorry but this does not sit well with me as I experienced severe heart palpitations in the afternoon as I had now taken both my Prexim and the Peridopri and this could have been potentially life threathening. I am so unhappy with the service I have received from this Clicks that I will now be taking my business to <div><br></div><div><em>(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
