SHOCKING LATE DELIVERY

I placed an order for delivery on the 23rd of June already (6 days ago) and it showed it would be delivered in 1-3 working days. The longest being 3 working days which excluding the day the delivery was made meant it should have been delivered on Friday 26th already. It is now Monday the 29th, 6 days later and still no order. This is not acceptable. Shocking service. The online portal shows it has been shipped for days now but nothing.
