**** service no customer service at all

I bought an small appliance at clicks kenilworth .I tried to return the brand new unused item to a different branch and they refused to take it back cause they said they doing stock the item and it has a scratch on .The item was sold to me with a scratch on now they wont take it back cause of the scratch .I was told to take it where I bought it from .Clicks lansdowne simply refused to assist me with the return of this item and i called kenilworth about this they said they will call this branch I'm standing 20mins in store waiting on service response .
