Shifting blame for not doing there job

Submitted my script asked them to load my contraceptive only and got my script back they did not explain that they need to keep it to get it for the next 6months. Now i dont have it. And they wont give it to me. Absolutely ridiculous! Now i have to pay another drs consultation! And If I get pregnant because I missed my dose today then Clicks will hear from me!
