SHELLY STUURMAN

So I've won a competition in July 2021 and I haven't received my prize. I have been emailing and and calling them constantly and they kept on promising to get back to me. So fast forward to December when I actually received and email and a phone call from SHELLY STUURMAN who promised to load the value of the prize onto my clubcard and she still hasn't. I've been calling and emailing but still did not get a response. Its becoming very frustrating, Clicks Group needs to stick to their word and be more efficient.
