Shell rewards

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a Clicks club card holder. As part of the reward program they have partnered with Shell fuel stations. I had an incident at Shell Finsbury whereby my Clicks club card was not swiped for points. I have since reported the matter to Clicks customer service and at 1st was told to report this matter to Shell. After insisting that I must get help from them they said they had references the matter to Shell. Sadly this matter has not be resolved and if I don't contact them there will be no correspondence from them. Very disappointed by how this matter has been handle, Clicks should have told me from the beginning that they can't help me.</p>
