Shameful unprofessional disservice

I bought a twin plug at at clicks Middestad centre in Bloemfontein a week ago but when I got home the plug didn't work. When I returned the plug a lady took without saying anything then she came back after a while and told me that she tested the plug, it works. She further told me that it is my sockets at home that don't work, therefore they cannot accept the plug for exchange nor a refund. I told her that I tested it in all the rooms in the house an didn't work, she said there's nothing she can do about that but they don't accept electronic returns. I am disgusted and not sure if I'll ever buy from clicks in the future
