We came in to pickup my grandmother's prescription. At first sight he looked irritated and unwilling. We explained that the prescription was still to be submitted into the system but was sent ahead of time (on the 24th to be exact) by the doctors office. Before we finished he rudely interrupted, and said it would not be on their mails. We asked if he would please check, we are in need of the medication today. He rolled his eyes and walked away to check in the back. He then came back stating he couldn't find it because they were “CC” in the mail and not the primary receiver, we explained that cannot be cause our mail showed otherwise. Once again he became more irritated and interrupted mid sentence stating he was going to call his manager, Ruan se Jager, hoping that he could understand us. At this point my mother and I was very upset with his attitude and working manner. Ruan came, Shadrack explained the situation and Ruan said he'll go look. Within a few minutes he came back *WITH* the printed prescription. We then moved forward with the proceeding to get the medication. We explained that certain of the medication must be left out and another that must not be loaded onto the medical aid, because we would pay for it in cash (as the medical aid doesn't cover the full amount). Shadrack then continued to get the five required medication everly slow and loaded the specific mediation on the medical aid which caused a co-payment. We waited to correct this but he never came, in the meanwhile his manager, Ruan, saw and went to fetch him to correct it. Ruan apologised for the mistake, but Shadrack just made a silent sound and pulled a face. We stood there for an hour due to Shadrack’s attitude, manner, rudeness and unwillingness.
