Shabby management

Absolutely shabby service recieved from clicks stores. The refund policy of 30 days is unfair. I returned an item a week later, but was refused , though it's a clicks product which is not up to standard. The management is most unhelpful. How does clicks expect the customer to rush out just to exchange one item because of their policy. I think it's just very unfair
