I went to Clicks ( Noordvaal ) in PTA Central to fetch my High Blood pressure medication this morning 20-06-2019 a lady pharmacist attended to me but could not help me as my Medical Aid did not pay , I went back to work and called the medical aid people who asked me to go back to Clicks because they had sent communication to all Clicks and chemists that they do business with that the small problem they had is sorted . I went back to Clicks and was assisted by the same polite and Professional Kagiso Mamabolo who was super professional ,listened to me and asked the most ********** , unprofessional , rude Sam Oyebanje " supposed manager" how he got that title I wonder , he was aloof , he did not want to hear anything the medical aid did not pay he said , he spent two hours with another lady for the same thing and he is saying all these while he's walking away , he thinks he owns the world , its seems he does not remember that the fact that he is called a manager today is because of the patients/ customers that come through that door to spend their hard earned money, he might have forgotten why he is a pharmacist I really think he is in the wrong industry. in the same breath I want to applaud Kagiso Mamabolo who went to the back because her manager just left her there , she called the medical aid people , spoke to three different people and came back to me to say she tried , I understood because I saw that she indeed tried and left back to my work place a few minutes after I got to work I got a call from Kagiso Mamabolo who said she got the communication from my medical aid people I can come and fetch my meds . BIG UP Kagiso you are a STAR that shines even during the day , Mr MANAGER you must get some lessons from the likes of Kagiso she should actually be your Manager
