Service was appaling

On the 27th April 2025 i went to Clicks Brackenhurst to buy some medication. When i got there it was about closing time i got in and went straight to the pharmacy. I was assisted by a gentleman but later came a "veryrudegirl"called Luthando or Lungile who asked why are you only coming this time? i thought she was joking and laughed it off. She continued to say "but why are you laughing"? I said I am laughing because it's always us women not men. i said this gentleman did not say anything but you just came and you see it fit to ask me this question. She said yes answer my question otherwise i am not going to assist you or i can even tell him not to assist you, that's when i saw she was not joking. I got very angry and told her i am not obligated to explain myself to her and i am not even going to answer any of her questions because you are being rude to me. She said you should have told me that you are not going to answer my question. I've never felt so disrespected by someone who can't even dress properly by someone who dresses like someone who is going to collect some woods from the foresg not to serve customers. She first needs to learn to dress properly then she will have respect for customers and her colleagues. She is a phara a straat mate but she doesn't have to practice that at Clicks pharmacy she must go and do that at the tavern that's where she belongs. I see even the manager who was on duty is also scared of her because he just said "please do not be angry" that was it. She is disgusting.
