Service non existent at clicks vaal mall pharmacy vanderbijlpark

Clicks Vaal mall vanderbijlpark pharmacy service is non existent. They completly ignore you if you are at the pick up and collect counter. That is after having to come back for 2 tablets short on prescription after having received there sms to collect. On there advice that you do not have to stand in que for 2 tablets. Just pick up and collect. They do not even acknowledge that they are aware of you being there. Filing system is non existent had to wait 45 min for return of prescription which was handed in 4 days ago. And why do you every month have to be short on a chronic medication is this not why you are supposed to register. Same medication for 10 years but still a problem on supply every month.
