Service from Click non existing!!!!

Placed an order for goods on the 19th of December - Order Nr : 181 ********** . Not all items were delivered. I queried this on 03/01/2019. I was told that I will get a call within 48 hours. Now, a week later - no reply. When I sent another request for an update - my mail is returned - mailbox full. Then I tried to raise a complaint on their website - when I clicked on submit the form resulted in an error. So I can not send a mail and I can query on the website and I still do not have all my items . DO I think it is good service - not at all!!!
