Service dropped at clicks

Lately u have a horrible online service. U need to improve on it. We can't call ur call center each time to remind you guys about our online orders. U don't have such friendly staff either both online n in store. Ul loose some of ur long term customers like myself because Dischem is doing way better than ur store
