**** service by Clicks pharmacies

I have just spent an hour in a line at Clicks 2nd Ave in Alberton only to be told when I eventually reached the counter that my prescription for Aspavor had already been filled at Clicks Lambton on 16 March. I told the staff member that I was in hospital on the 16th of March and did not fill a prescription at Lambton. She called them and they reversed the medicaton but when she got back to the system it showed that it had been reversed by Lambton incorrectly. She was unable to assist further and told me I would have to GO TO LAMBTON AND STAND IN LINE AGAIN. Please sort this out, totally unprofessional service.
