<p>I went to clicks at woodbridge. I took my items to the counter. There after she scanned everything I was informed that i have to pay cash but can swipe my card to try to pay. Which she did twice and said it declined both times without giving me the slip.</p> <p>She then informed me that i have to withdraw money from the atm which i did and is on the other side of the shopping centre. Note I had an ankle surgery a few weeks ago...</p> <p>So i went back to pay and asked for a discount. I saw a guy wakking away which i was then informed is the so called manager. When asked for a discount he talked to the black lady's in their language and laughed and then told me no its not his problem it's the bank. When asked for his name he said it's makoino.</p> <p>So i paid in cash. Left my slip as I'm ****ed. Got home to see MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT. SO IPAID TWICE.</p> <p>I'm so dissapointed in you. I want a written apology from this rude arrogant manager. </p> <p>So about my money I had to pay twice???</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned the service centre - - - they gave me ********** to email but their emails are full!!! GO FIGURE</p> <p> </p> <p>I havent had a response yet, so I guess I will have to make a ******** case against them.</p>
