Service and reliability is lacking

Clicks Lonehill Pharmacy Messed up my repeat prescription on Friday - I had to returned 08.00 Saturday to try resolve the mistake they made…. Store only open 08.05 - the only to find the pharmacy (supposedly open at 08.00) shut… The staff (at their leisure) then drag their feet and open up at 08.15…. Only to be for their systems off-line.. this is the third time this year I have been into this store to find systems off-line… Many customers frustrated just as I am… The staff at Lonehill then tried calling several other Clicks stores to assist over the phone - but shock horror - not one of the several stores called answered the phones… ALL rang unanswered… Which to me is just the cherry on the top… Clicks - you have let me down - your service and customer care at your stores needs to be addressed… Your stores can’t even answer the phone. I won’t be using Clicks anymore - Dischem - see you shortly…
