I made a purchase online for 2 volkano headphones and paid but the following day they were out of stock so my order could not be fulfilled. Clicks then put the money on my clubcard, making it impossible for me to use my money elsewhere. I requested a refund back into my account as I didn't want to buy anything at Clicks with that money. They took a whole week to get back to me. I told them the headphones were meant to be a Christmas gift. Till today, I still don't have my money back and I when I call them the agents hang up on me when I ask about the progress of my refund. Also the headphones were back in stock the following day,at a different price.

It's almost January and Cecilia de Mink isn't available and my refund hasn't been processed and again today the agents hung up on me.
