Serious Concern: Inconsistent Instructions on Baby Clicks Porridge

It has been two weeks since I contacted your Facebook administrator regarding the Baby Clicks Porridge I purchased, which contains contradictory preparation instructions.

On the front of the packaging, it states that the porridge must be cooked for 3 minutes, but on the reverse side, the instructions indicate that milk should simply be warmed and poured over the powder—with no mention of cooking.

I initially raised this concern via Facebook, but it has been two weeks with no resolution. I have had to follow up repeatedly, which is quite disappointing. It’s worrying that a company producing baby food seems uncertain about how its own product should be prepared. This raises serious concerns about product safety and quality control, especially since this food is meant for infants.

Please clarify the correct preparation method and explain how this inconsistency occurred. Parents need to be able to trust that your products are both safe and accurately labeled
