Serge of Clicks Canal Walk - horrid attitude!

I see that another customer (Karenda) complained about the Clicks Canal Walk store. I had the exact experience this past Saturday. There are 2 sections, one for self-medication and one for prescriptions. The section for prescription collections was closed off. It was not apparent why. I could not enter that section with my trolley. Decided to open the barrier myself, received a look of extreme annoyance from Serge, the pharmacist who was assisting a customer on that side. I was next in the queue and he would have ignored me had another customer not pointed out that I was already waiting. He walked away without comment or acknowledging that he heard me explain what I needed. His attitude is terrible and this is not the first time I have had the displeasure of having to deal with him. I complained to the store supervisor and to the store manageress (I unfortunately cannot recall their names), who very patiently listened to me and apologised and promised to address the issue. I'd like to see if Clicks responds to these complaints, as I see that have not even responded to Karenda's complaint yet
