Senior Consultant Behaviour

Hi, I visited Clicks Sunnypark yesterday 19 Oct 2021 and purchased 3 Clicks Essential Salmon Oil 60 sofgels in the new packaging i.e white & purple plastic bottle with expiry date 12-2023 Previously these were sold in a blue carton. My wife is used to the old packaging and asked me to exchange them despite that their expiry date was 02-2022. So I went back and told Ms Nhlanhla Sibiya above. She flatly refused quoting some policy. So I told her that I would complain about it and may I please have her name. She removed her badge and threw it on the counter. And added that she was a senior consultant. Above behaviour is unacceptable. Clicks Sunnypark and Suncardia have no manners. Clicks Hatfield are good. Please verify how much I spent last months at Clicks. Do you believe that I will visit Clicks again. I very much doubt it. Best regards,
