Semi happy customer

Never doing the buying from Clicks online thing again. The online shopping was good but the rest not so good.Get a mail they don't have an item in stock need to do a refund, ok refund it back to my account please, reply from them, now we need a copy of your ID, banking details, account holders name ext... no man thats why I buy online to safe time let's just leave that one there just refund it to my shopper card, called the help line asking why do you take so long for a order. The guy on the other side don't you read the terms and conditions you must always read it, ....me nooooo I just thought you did the same as Dischem order today collect the next day, no madam our online stock comes from the warehouse. O ok nice to know I should have read that dam t&c's. So you wait for your order and you wait and you wait some more. I aventualy run out of makeup remover had to go into the shop to buy a bottle whats the use to do online shopping then, I ordered 13 April got a message that I can collect it on 22 April nope never again. People remember to read the whole long terms and conditions ok 🤭 and brace yourself for the waiting. Brite side I collected my parcel without hassle from Clicks at Matlosana Mall just remember to take your id for proof with you. No issues with the products all good.
