Selling Us dreams... Disgusting

For 4 months now I have been using Engen because of the clicks club card. I spend just under R2500 a month on petrol a month. Till today I have seen no points reflecting on my clicks app. The only points i see are those i get from using the card in store. This clearly shows my card works.

I reached our on Facebook two days ago to express my issue. The responded by saying I should send them all the slips. I'm actually disgusted at the response cause it just feels like a way to tell us you cant prove it we wont help you.
