Selling Potentially Explosive Dangerous Goods

I bought the new Twisp Edge E-Cigarette last month it cost over R 1100.00 together with every component required to use it.

After not using it for a week due to the store not having the liquid refills in stock i go and buy another R 400.00 worth of liquid refills only for the device to malfunction.

I switch the power off and the device flashes 5 times to tell me it is now turning off but the battery is malfunctioning and remains on and heats the atomizer without me touching the device.

this can create a fire hazard as when i touched the device i almost burnt my fingers off, the device was HOT! UNREASONABLY HOT!!!

Why is clicks selling such dangerous goods to the public? I like the device but what quality controls have been done by clicks to ensure the public can use these goods without harm or injury?
