Selling poor quality products

I bought a Russell Hobbs steam iron on 2nd December 2024 - the iron is not even 3 months old and now it doesn't steam - i sent it back with the receipt to Clicks Jackal Corner for an exchange - they told my driver they cannot exchange it - i must come there myself, so that they can fix it - i think this is totally unacceptable - i paid R419.00 for something that lasted less than 3 months and now they want to fix it - i want a new one or preferably a refund as i don't think this iron is of good quality - i rather buy a different iron - Clicks this is very poor service - i want this resolved asap -
