selling fault produuct

I have bought a special package which include a watch at clicks Durban during December holidays, I have note that this watch sometimes is working & other times is not working. last weekend I return the watch at Clicks Greenancres Port Elizabeth customer service and I was told Clicks doesn't have warrantly for the watch and there is nothing there can do or assist with this factory fault watch.

amicable solution is for clicks to fully refund me since the watch gave problems while just bought the watch 3 months ago.
